A nutrition coach for iOS and Android

A science-based nutrition coach, in your pocket.

Calorie calculators estimate your needs once and leave you with that guess. Nutrition Pulse looks at what you actually eat and where your weight is really heading, then recalculates your targets every week — so your plan keeps pace as your body changes.

The difference

Your data, not a guess.

Formulas are a sensible starting point, but they can’t know what your body needs. Nutrition Pulse keeps refining that first estimate with your own logs.

Recalculates every week

The calories you’ve eaten in recent weeks are compared with the change in your weight trend, and your real energy expenditure is calculated from that. Your target rests on how your body actually responds, not on a formula’s assumptions.

Filters out scale noise

Water, salt and digestion can move the morning scale by up to a kilo from one day to the next. Your weight trend smooths out those short-term swings and shows the true direction of your progress, so a single weigh-in never leads you astray.

ScaleTrend

Knows Turkish cuisine

Hundreds of dishes — from lentil soup to pide, from menemen to olive-oil classics — come with real Turkish portions. Log “1 bowl”, “6 olives” or “1 pan” the way you’d naturally describe a meal, without weighing a thing.

How it works

Start in three steps, then get a little more accurate every week.

  1. 01

    A few questions, two minutes

Answer a few short questions about your height, weight, daily activity, training habits and goal. Your personal starting calorie and macro plan is ready the moment you finish.

  2. 02

    Log what you eat

Record meals in seconds with a photo, a barcode scan or a quick search. Add your weight on the days you weigh in — there’s no need to step on the scale every day.

  3. 03

    Weekly check-in

At the end of the week your logs are reviewed, your expenditure is recalculated and next week’s calorie and macro targets are set. Your plan adjusts itself to your progress.

Adaptive expenditure

Your real energy expenditure, from your own logs.

When weight loss slows down, most apps simply tell you to eat less. Nutrition Pulse measures the cause first: it compares the calories you ate over the last two weeks with the change in your trend weight, works out how much energy your metabolism is really using, and updates your target accordingly.

  • Physics that fits your body

Instead of the familiar “1 kg = 7,700 kcal” rule of thumb, the energy behind a change in weight is calculated from your body composition — so your targets and your progress projections rest on the same, more realistic foundation.

  • No guesswork when data is thin

When there aren’t enough logs, it holds your current target rather than forcing an estimate, and shows you clearly which data is missing to sharpen the calculation.

  • Asks about empty and partial days

During the weekly check-in you mark fasting days and days you only partly logged. A single incomplete day never distorts how your whole week is read.

Logging

Logging shouldn’t take longer than eating.

There are three ways to log a meal; use whichever is easiest in the moment. Every entry lands in the same diary with the same precision.

By photo

Just take a picture of your plate. It recognises dishes and portions, and breaks mixed dishes such as menemen into their ingredients so you can see what each one contributes. You can edit every detail, and nothing is saved until you confirm.

By barcode

Scan a packaged product and its nutrition facts appear instantly — drawn from products sold in Turkey as well as Open Food Facts’ worldwide database.

By search

Results are neatly grouped under My history, Common, Branded and Open Food Facts. Typos are forgiven too: when there’s no exact match, the closest results are suggested.

Your day, hour by hour

Each entry takes its place on the day’s timeline at the time you ate it. The calendar view shows at a glance which days you’ve fully logged, making your habits easy to follow.

Programs

A plan that fits your life, not the other way round.

Coached

We design your calorie and macro targets around your goal and update them every week as you progress. All you need to do is keep logging.

Collaborative

You decide your macro split while we adjust your calorie budget to your progress. You stay in control, and your plan still follows your data.

Manual

You enter every macro and calorie target yourself — full flexibility for anyone following a plan of their own.

  • Diet type

Choose between a balanced, low-fat, low-carb or ketogenic approach.

  • Calorie shifting

Give up to three days of the week more calories while the weekly total stays the same.

  • Protein level

Pick where you want to sit in the optimal range — higher protein helps preserve muscle while losing weight.

  • Calorie floor

Recommendations never fall below a defined safe minimum.

Cosmic Rhythm · optional

The sky is data too.

If you like, you can receive a personal sky report for each day based on your birth chart. Planet positions come from real astronomical calculations, and the day’s reading is written with your food logs and weight trend in mind. Every day you log, a new star lights up in your constellation.

Privacy

Your data stays protected, and always under your control.

Health data is among the most sensitive data there is, and we built Nutrition Pulse with that responsibility in mind: we protect your data, explain plainly how it’s used and always leave the final say to you.

KVKK

Your health data is processed only with your explicit consent and for the stated purposes, under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698).

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is TDEE and why does it matter?

TDEE is your total daily energy expenditure — the total number of calories you burn in a day. Your calorie target for losing, maintaining or gaining weight is calculated from it. Nutrition Pulse doesn’t just estimate it once with a formula; it recalculates it from your logs every week.

Do I need to weigh myself every day?

No. One weigh-in a week is enough to build your weight trend, while weighing more often improves the accuracy of the estimate. For the most consistent results, we recommend weighing yourself in the morning before eating.

What happens if I forget to log a day?

Your numbers stay sound. During the weekly check-in you’re asked whether empty days were fasting days or simply not logged, and you can flag partly logged days as well. Incomplete days are left out of the calculation.

Are my photos stored?

No. A photo is sent to our AI provider solely to recognise the food and is not stored on our servers. Only the dishes you confirm are saved to your diary.

Can I use it outside Turkey?

Yes. The app is available in Turkish and English, and food search puts products from the country you’re in first. Only the Cosmic Rhythm feature currently supports birthplaces in Turkey.

Which devices can I use it on?

Nutrition Pulse runs on iOS and Android devices. It supports kg and lb for weight, and cm and ft for height.

Is it a substitute for medical advice?

No. Nutrition Pulse is a nutrition and fitness tracker; it doesn’t diagnose or treat any condition. If you have a health condition, please talk to a doctor or dietitian before changing your diet.
