Explicit Consent
I have read and understood the Privacy Policy. Accordingly, under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK):
1. Processing of my health data
I consent to Nutrition Pulse processing my health data — such as my height, weight, body-fat percentage, age and sex; my activity and training details; my food and weight logs; and the expenditure, trend and target values calculated from them — in order to calculate, update weekly and show me my personal calorie and macro targets.
2. Transfer of my data abroad
I consent to this data and my account details being transferred to the server and database providers in Germany (Google Cloud, Neon/Amazon Web Services) needed to provide the service; my food photos and the food names I type to Anthropic in the USA for AI analysis; and technical data to Expo in the USA when the app checks for updates.
I give this consent explicitly and freely.
Good to know
- Because this data is essential to how the App works, an account cannot be created without this consent.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account in the App (More → Delete account) or by emailing support@nutritionpulseapp.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing before that date.
- Cosmic Rhythm birth and location data is processed only if you turn that feature on yourself.
